Question by uber: I have just received an email which looks like spam but is not where it should be?

is it clearly spam like the nigeria 419 or otherwise..(btw i found out scott mills happens to be the host of BBC Radio1)
i wud be grateful if anybody wud answer this question(plus 10 points guaranteed)!!
thts surely gr8.....becoz i nw received a mail frm microsoft awarding me 1 million us dollars for feedback on win 7 which i never did!:X



and my kaspersky anti-spam option does not
work on my gmail,yahoo and bing account!

It's a scam.
The link to the bbc lottery is legit but the rest isn't. You don't win lotteries without buying a ticket.
According to their privacy policy: "We won't contact you for marketing purposes, or promote new services to you unless you specifically agree."
